In Person Workshop
Your completed creation will be on a disposable platter and packaged to take home.
Platter serves up to 3-4 people.
Workshop lasts approx 1.5 hours.
We provide you all the supplies and ingredients.
We will come and set up for the workshop and we require that a space and table is provided by you.
We will demonstrate several cheese slicing and salami folding techniques. We will show you how to plate all these ingredients onto your platter.
We will walk you through some popular cheese pairings and at the end you will build that Perfect (Boxed) Bites!
