IN PERSON WORKSHOP

Gather your friends and family for an intimate in-person workshop and learn the art of cheese & charcuterie. Our workshops are hands on and personable and we will go at your pace. It is an interactive experience and we will guide you each step of the way to build your platter. During the workshop, you will try various cheese pairings and we will help you build that Perfect (Boxed) Bites! Our goal is for everyone to have fun, learn something new and become the next CharcutARTIST!

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE WORKSHOP:

• Your completed creation will be on a disposable platter and packaged to take home.

• Platter serves about 4-5 people.

• Workshop lasts approx 1.5 hours.

• Total set up time is approx 30 mins - 1 hour, depending on group size.

• We provide you all the supplies and ingredients.

• We will come and set up for the workshop and we require that a space and table is provided by you.

• We will demonstrate several cheese slicing and salami folding techniques. We will show you how to plate all these ingredients onto your platter.

• We will walk you through some popular cheese pairings and at the end you will build that Perfect (Boxed) Bites!
