FAQs

    • You can place an order via Instagram, phone, email, or directly on our website.

    • To confirm and schedule your order, we ask for a 50% deposit.

    • The balance can be paid anytime prior to delivery.

    • We accept Venmo, PayPal or Zelle.

    • Last 4 digits of Venmo are 0851.

    • Our orders are meant to be enjoyed same day for optimal freshness and flavor.

    • Orders should be kept refrigerated upon delivery and should be taken out 30-40 mins prior to serving it, cheese is meant to be enjoyed at room temperature.

    • Please advise if you will be enjoying your order next day and we will package the dried goodies (crackers and nuts) so that they stay fresh and crispy.

    • Once your order has been served, we recommend to discard leftovers if it has been sitting out at room temperature for over 3.5 hours

    • We ask for a minimum or 48 hours advance notice and if our schedule allows, we can accommodate shorter notice.

    • For large orders or grazing tables, we do ask that you notify us ASAP so that we can make the proper arrangements.

    • Weekends and Holidays are extremely busy so we do suggest placing an order ASAP!

    • We offer complimentary delivery to select cities in North OC.

    • Delivery fees start at $10 and increase from there for cities outside our complimentary delivery area.

    • We will provide a 1-1.5 hour delivery window once order is confirmed. We do ask that someone is home to receive the order but in case someone is not, we will leave the order at the door and take a picture of it and send it to you.

    • Pick up locations will vary. Our commercial kitchen is in Costa Mesa but we also have other pick up locations in North OC.

  • Boxed Bites OC is fully licensed and insured and permitted by the Orange County Health Department.

  • All of our sizes and offerings are meant to be served as an appetizer or h'dourves. If you would like to enjoy it as meal, we suggest ordering a size up.

    • We know things come up and plans change and we will do our best to accommodate and be as flexible as possible.

    • Your deposit is 100% refundable (minus 4% transaction fee for website orders) if canceled at least 72 hours before your order date.

    • For large orders ($300+) or grazing tables, we do ask for at least 5 days advance notice for 100% refund (minus 4% transaction fee for website orders).

    • Orders canceled within 24 hours will be issued 50% refund.

    • Same day cancelations do not qualify for a refund.

    • Any orders made through our Website will incur a 4% fee when issuing refunds.
