Grazing Table
Styled on food safe paper and includes an assortment of specialty cheeses, curated meats, crackers, bread, vegetables, fresh fruits, dried fruits, nuts, jams/jelly, honey, chocolate, olives, cornichons, etc and garnished with fresh flowers and herbs.
Client is responsible for:
Table or countertop space
Tablecloths or linen (this is optional and not necessary since we provide everything on food safe paper)
Individual plates, napkins, utensils (we will provide serving utensils only)
Advise if set up will be indoors or outdoors so we can plan accordingly
There are 2 Grazing Table Options:
Flat Lay Style: one dimensional, all the ingredients will be laid out on food safe paper. Approx 1 - 1.5 hours minimum set up time for a 6 ft table. This is a great way to display the grazing table with minimal set up and clean up. This is a nice option if there will be other foods displayed on the same table or area. $19/person
Tiered Style: styled on wooden boards, risers, platters, crates, etc to add dimension and depth. Approx 1.5 - 2 hours minimum set up time for a 6 ft table. This is a great way to display the grazing table with a more eclectic and sophisticated look. This is a nice option for a stand alone table so that it gets featured at your event. Since we will be using props, a return visit will need to be arranged for us to pick up the supplies within 3-5 days of the event. $24/person
